All players are required to complete the two step registration process to be eligible to play in the 2024 season. Please read the ‘Instructions for Registering’ below carefully as you will need to complete 2 steps when registering.
Step 1 – register on Sign on Day
Step 2 – register on Squadi
IMPORTANT: You will need to enter a discount code when completing Step 2 (Squadi registration). Please refer to the ‘Instructions for Registering’ for discount code.
STEP 1: REGISTER ON SIGN ON DAY – please visit
Click on the above link and complete the Sign on Day registration following the below steps:
> Select the appropriate registration:
  • “2024 – Registrations – Club Stream” is for all players in our clubstream teams from U6 to U17
  • “2024 – Registrations – Accelerated Development Programme (ADP)” is for all players who have trialled and received an invitation to be part of the ADP for 2024. Please do not register until you have received the email confirming your spot
> Select the appropriate age group (the age the player turns in the calendar year is the relevant age group eg a player turning 11 in 2024 is under 11’s)
> Under ‘About Participant’ enter the PLAYER details
> Select “I am registering a child or dependent”
> Under ‘About Registrant or Guardian’ enter the PARENT/GUARDIAN details
> Complete additional information, accept Terms and Conditions and select ‘Add to Cart’
** Please note – for those registering in the ADP, the ADP fees include an Adidas Track Jacket and either a Backpack, Duffle Bag or Track Pants. You will need to select the 2nd item your child would prefer
> To register more than one player please select ‘Continue Shopping’ and repeat the process. BHSC offers a $100 sibling discount but both children must be registered in the one transaction
> When your player(s) registrations are in the cart select ‘Proceed to Checkout’
> Fair Play Vouchers (if applicable) should be uploaded as PDF in the ‘Redeem’ section of the checkout

PLEASE NOTE: The Sign on Day registration and payment of fees must be completed PRIOR to registering through Squadi
> Complete the registration on the Squadi portal with Football Queensland
** Please note: when registering through Squadi the following Football Queensland / Football Australia Federation fees ($64.50 Miniroos U6-11’s or $80.50 Juniors U12-U17) will be charged. These fees have been included in the Sign on Day registration fee payment so you will need to enter a coupon code to discount the fees so you don’t pay them twice
  • Miniroos (U6-11’s) use the discount code: BHSC6450
  • Juniors (U12-17’s) use the discount code: BHSC8050
> U6 and U7 competition: when registering on Squadi there will only be one option for U6 and U7. There will not be an U7 Girls option in Squadi. We will rely on the information you provided when registering through Sign on Day to know if you have a U6 or U7 Girl who would prefer to play in a Girls team
> Mixed (boys and girls) competition: when registering in Squadi there will only be one option per age division for the mixed competition and one option for the Girls competition. Please disregard the division (ie Wallaby) and just register in the same age group you registered through Sign on Day. For example, the U9 option on Squadi will say U9 Wallaby. Ignore the Wallaby. The Club will determine the correct division for each player / team
> Girls competition: when registering in Squadi, the girls age groups span over 2 years so the age groups will be U7 / U9 / U11 / U13 / U15 and U17. Girls who are turning 8 or 9 in 2024 will play in the U9 division. Girls who are turning 10 or 11 in 2024 will play in U11’s
> Every player must upload a current headshot photo to their profile. You are not able to update this headshot once your registration is complete so please upload a passport type photo (headshot – clear face view / no hat / no sunglasses etc)
