Blue Card Application

Working or volunteering with children

To work or volunteer with children in Queensland, you may need to have a blue card.  At Burleigh Heads Soccer Club all volunteer Coaches and Team Managers must hold a current Blue Card prior to volunteering at BHSC.  Coaches and Team Managers will also be issued with a Football Gold Coast lanyard which can not be issued without a current Blue Card.  You will need this lanyard to be in any designated Coaches area at all Soccer Clubs.  Lanyards are issued at the commencement of each season.

If you already hold a current Blue Card, your Blue Card must be linked to Burleigh Heads Soccer Club.
